The Sparkling Brut "Leonia" is a Classic Method produced in the Castello del Pomino that ages for 36 months on the lees. The nose is fragrant with dried fruit, citrus, peach, bread crust, and floral notes of broom and magnolia. On the palate, it showcases a soft and creamy texture, great finesse, and pleasant sapidity, with a long and persistent finish.
