The Sparkling Wine "Cuvée Brut" by Terrazze dell'Etna is a lively, elegant, and immediate Classic Method, produced from Chardonnay grapes at about 800 m altitude and aged for 36 months on the lees in the bottle. On the nose, it is floral and fruity, with notes of flint; on the palate, it is fresh and lively, with good minerality and finesse.
