It is a Classic Method Sparkling Wine Pas Dosè aged for 7 years on the lees, that reveals an elegant, decisive and majestic structure, of unexpected and incredible freshness and minerality, wrapped in a persuasive bouquet of dried fruit, honey, balsamic herbs, peel of citrus fruits and bread crust
