An excellent Sparkling wine Extra Brut vintage made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, aged for 58 months on the lees in the bottle. Of a beautiful straw yellow color, the perlage is fine and persistent. It offers elegant aromas, with fruity and floral notes and hints of baking. The sip is full, soft, clean, and enveloping, with a pleasant crunchy finish
