The Classic Method of Casaleta is a sparkling wine of great freshness and delicacy that originates in the Ancona area from old biotypes of Verdicchio grapes. After aging on the lees for 24 to 36 months, it presents notes of citrus, dried fruit, spring flowers, and memories of bread crust. The sip is vibrant and creamy, with great tension and a pleasant bitter note.
