The Sparkling Classic Method Rosé Brut Vintage "Sosta Tre Santi" from Nicosia wineries is a volcanic wine with pronounced versatility. Made thanks to the vinification of pure Nerello Mascalese grapes, an indigenous Sicilian grape variety that, due to the mineral soil in which it grows, gives unique characteristics to the bottles. The glass is filled with an antique pink hue and the perlage is fine and persistent, the aromas released are intense and reminiscent of baked goods, red berry fruits, and sweet spices. The taste is elegant, mineral, soft, and has a long, savory finish
