The sparkling wine Metodo Classico Extra Brut Rosé "Tre" of the Venetian winery Buvoli is fresh and sincere, suitable for occasions to celebrate. Made from pure Pinot Noir grapes harvested by hand, it is re-fermented in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. The sight is impressed and fascinated by the bright pink colour and a fine and persistent perlage, the scents released are of small red berries, spices and bread crust. The taste is agile, fresh, mineral, creamy and with a long, balanced finish

The Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut Rosé “Tre” from the Opificio del Pinot Nero by Marco Buvoli is an interpretation in the name of purity and fidelity to the most typical and characteristic varietal notes of Pinot Nero. It is a rosé with beautiful expressive tension, made with a very low dosage, which allows the wine's profile to remain unchanged and fully appreciate its chiseled aromatic nuances due to the long aging. It is an ideal bottle to bring to the table with seafood risottos, baked salmon fillet, or stews with shellfish.

The Metodo Classico Extra Brut Rosé “Tre” from the Opificio del Pinot Nero is the result of the passionate work of Marco Buvoli. Always a lover of Champagne, he wanted to create an intense and fresh rosé that perfectly reflects his idea of sparkling wine. The Pinot Nero grapes are harvested from the estate's vineyards, which are located on the hills north of Vicenza and Padova. The suitable soils, a cool and always well-ventilated climate, allow for the collection of bunches of excellent quality. The grapes are pressed very gently with a brief contact on the skins and the must is then vinified in white. The base wines age, partly in steel and partly in wood, before creating the final blend. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with a sur lattes resting of at least 3 years before disgorgement.

The Extra Brut Rosé “Tre” from the Opificio del Pinot Nero by Marco Buvoli fits into the best tradition of great rosés made with pure Pinot Nero. It has a good structure and a decisive expressive nerve. Dry and vertical, it is a traditional Metodo Classico, without yielding to easy and cloying softness. Visually, it presents itself with a beautiful antique pink color with a delicate hue and brilliant coppery reflections. The perlage is continuous, fine, and subtle. On the nose, it offers floral aromas, hints of aromatic and medicinal herbs, citrus aromas, pink grapefruit, raspberry, wild strawberries, red currant, marasca, hints of bread crust, and delicate sensations of soft oriental spices. The sip is intense and rich, with generous and ripe fruit, well balanced by a deep, persistent finish with remarkable freshness.
