The Sparkling Rosé "Pom Graner" from the Podere Cervarola winery is a lively and sparkling pure Lambrusco Grasparossa of excellent versatility. The name means pomegranate and is representative of the color and aromas of the wine, the refermentation occurs naturally in the bottle and only indigenous yeasts are used during winemaking. The color is bright intense rosé and the aromas released recall small red fruits and herbal notes. The sip is fresh, juicy, agile, and has a slightly savory finish.
