The Sparkling Rosé by Giannitessari is a very fresh and fragrant bubble, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish appetizers. With a lively, elegant, fresh and salty elongation, it is accompanied by notes of small berries, bread crust, strawberry and hints of minerals

The Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé Brut by Giannitessari is a label of refined elegance. It represents one of the most interesting bottles from a winery famous for producing high-quality sparkling wines, characterized by long aging on the lees. It is made with Pinot Nero and a percentage of Durella, the indigenous white grape variety that has been present in the Monti Lessini area for centuries. A blend that offers a bouquet with notes of small berries and a sip of great expressive freshness.

The Metodo Classico Rosé Brut is born in the Roncà estate of Gianni Tessari. After a long experience in the Soave area, in 2016 he decided to open his own winery, focusing on the production of still wines and Metodo Classico. The estate extends over a total of 55 hectares between Soave, Colli Berici, and Monti Lessini, allowing for the cultivation of each grape variety in the most suitable territory. The white and black grapes are grown in the Val d'Alpone area, the easternmost of the Veronese valleys, at the edge of Lessinia. The vocated soils,of ancient volcanic origin, and the cool and ventilated climate ensure slow ripening, ideal for creating sparkling bases of lively freshness. At the end of the harvest operations, with manual selection of the bunches in the vineyard, the soft pressing of the grapes is carried out, which are vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 °C. After a short aging period, the base wines are blended to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with an aging on the lees of at least 36 months.

The Rosé Brut by Giannitessari is a Metodo Classico of great charm, ideal to enjoy at the time of the aperitif, with seafood appetizers, shellfish, or with shrimp risottos. In appearance, it presents a beautiful delicate and bright pink color, with a fine and continuous perlage. It captivates the nose with subtle aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, raspberries, citrus hints, floral nuances, and notes of bread crust. The sip is tense and
