The Spumante Rosé Brut Mattia Vezzola is a Metodo Classico produced in the heart of Valtènesi by the Costaripa winery. A label that expresses all the refined elegance of a delicate and creamy rosé, born from the great mastery of Mattia Vezzola, one of the greatest Italian winemakers in the world of sparkling wines. A Metodo Classico from Lake Garda, which has nothing to envy from bottles coming from more famous territories and stands out precisely for intensity, freshness, and pleasantness of taste.

The Rosé Brut Mattia Vezzola from Costaripa is a Spumante that comes from a long history, deep knowledge, and a great passion for Champagne from Mattia Vezzola. The first bottle dates back to 1973 and since then it has always been a cornerstone of production. The vineyards of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay are cultivated in the fascinating natural scenery of Valtènesi. A territory of ancient morainic hills, located on the Brescia coast of Lake Garda. Despite the proximity of the mountains, the microclimate is particularly mild, influenced by the presence of the large basin of Garda and its constant morning and evening breezes. This particular context has proven perfect for producing grapes to be sparkling with Metodo Classico. Mattia Vezzola, already elected several times as the best Italian winemaker, is unanimously regarded as one of the foremost experts in the bottle fermentation process. At the end of the soft pressing, fermentation takes place, carried out for 35% in white oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel. After a few months, the cuvée is created. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with a 24-month aging on the lees.

The Metodo Classico Rosé Brut Mattia Vezzola is a sparkling wine of great expressive elegance, fresh, delicate, and fragrant. In the glass, it presents itself with a soft and luminous antique pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it opens with aromas of raspberry, currant, small berries, citrus notes, and floral hints. The sip is harmonious, with a mid-palate of silky and creamy fruit, which pleasantly unfolds towards a
