The Top.Zero by Giorgi is a Sparkling Wine from Pinot Noir grapes that aged for 80 months on the lees. It gives us a bouquet with notes of wisteria and lime, and an ending that recalls almond and yeast, while the taste is medium-bodied, dry and dry in the mouth with a lovely flavor final
