The Sylvaner 'Vieilles Vignes' from Domaine Stoeffler is a white wine from old vines located in Heiligenberg, a German term meaning 'sacred hill'. Here, the cool exposure and deep soils favour wines that are balanced between tension and structure. The nose is fragrant with hints of apple and pear, delicate floral notes and light vegetal notes. The palate is energetic and vertical, savoury and mineral on the finish. Perfect with the typical Alsatian ‘choucroute garnie’
