The Tai Rosso is a red wine with a strong and surprising character. Produced on the Colli Berici using natural methods, it undergoes up to 20 days of maceration on the skins, fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and then spends a short period in large oak barrels. It presents clear notes of ripe or preserved berries, strawberry, and dehydrated plum, with floral hints of violets. With a full body and good freshness, it shows a warm embrace and a pleasant spicy note. Artisanal wine, made as it once was
