Produced on the Colli Berici using natural methods, it undergoes up to 20 days of maceration on the skins, fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and then spends a short period in large oak barrels. It presents clear notes of ripe or preserved berries, strawberry, and dehydrated plum, with floral hints of violets.
