The Teroldego by Endrizzi is a typical red wine from Trentino that matures in wood for at least a year. A whirlwind of small red fruits, mountain flowers, and elements of the underbrush accompanies a balanced, fresh, and soft tasting experience, enveloped by sweet tannins.

The Trentino wine Teroldego Rotaliano by Endrizzi is a product that, already in the root of its name, tells an aspect of its territory. Teroldego most likely derives from the German word “tiroler-gold”, meaning “gold of Tyrol”, highlighting the area where this variety can express itself at its best. A label with a soft and enveloping character, which offers pleasant fruity aromas on the nose, to be tried to engage with the “prince” of Trentino wines.

This red Teroldego Rotaliano is born from grapes cultivated by the Endrizzi winery in the vineyards surrounding the municipalities of Mezzacorona and Mezzolombardo. Each vine grows using the guyot training method and the traditional Trentino pergola, in soil characterized by a gravelly subsoil. The bunches, carefully selected during the harvest to ensure only the best of the terroir of origin, are destemmed, and the grapes proceed to the pressing phase. The obtained must ferments both in stainless steel containers and in oak barrels, performing malolactic fermentation as well. The production process is finally completed with the aging phase, in which the wine matures for 12 months in large oak barrels, to enhance its character.

The Teroldego Rotaliano presents itself visually with a typically ruby color. The olfactory examination reveals a symphony of varied notes, which shift from fruity to floral, even presenting light earthy touches. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a sip of character and personality that manages to be incisive while presenting a velvety and rounded tannic texture; it finishes with a refreshing taste that encourages drinking. A red signed Endrizzi that finds its gastronomic consecration with meat menus, satisfactorily accompanying every dish.
