Endrizzi is one of Trentino's most historically established and prominent wine producers. Founded in 1885 by the brothers Francesco and Angelo Endrici, the company can look back on 130 years of visionary and compelling history. Today, Paolo and Christine Endrici are at the helm, supported by the young and lively spirit of their children Daniele and Lisa Maria, the fifth generation to join the company since its beginnings. The new winery, which is state-of-the-art and in line with the latest technology, stands alongside the historic walls of the old building, reflecting the closeness - also architectural - of the present generation to the past.

The vineyards of the Endrizzi winery are all located in San Michele all'Adige, spread over 17 hectares of property and 38 hectares of its own vineyards, which are cared for directly by the winery that adopts agronomic techniques aimed at respecting and safeguarding the soil. The vineyard is grassed over, pest control is optimised thanks to the presence of birdhouses between the rows and no synthetic chemical treatments are used. The estate's grapes are located in three main areas, all of which differ in terms of soil structure, altitude and varieties grown: Pian di Castello, from which the Trento DOC sparkling wine bases come, Kinderleit, a steep vineyard trained to the guyot system, and Masetto, where the Trentino pergola is grown and where the best grapes are cultivated for the top-of-the-range wines of the same name.

Endrizzi is a winery that has managed to grow over the years, continually improving with the relentless pace of technological innovation in the cellar, without ever forgetting the long and historic tradition behind it. The unmistakable traits of Endrizzi's wines are their cleanliness and organoleptic elegance, their well-calibrated aromatic explosion, and their typical territorial character, all of which are easily recognisable and blended into each bottle. Another intriguing aspect is the so-called "garden of fragrances", a sort of educational-experimental vineyard that offers the winery's guests the opportunity to experience first-hand the characteristics of the varieties cultivated and imagine the evolution of their aromas in the wine glass.
