"Dalis" is a white wine from Trentino that originates in the heart of the Dolomites from a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Nosiola. It shows a very delicate aromatic profile, where hints of acacia, medlar, citrus, and aromatic herbs meet on a light and decidedly fresh body, with a mineral backbone.

"Dalis" is a white wine produced in Trentino by Cantina Endrizzi with an original blend made from the indigenous grape variety Nosiola, combined with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. A territorial wine with a strong alpine profile, which well expresses the classic characteristics of mountain wines, focused on the delicacy of aromas, freshness, and pleasantness on the palate. The bouquet recalls floral scents, aromas of white fruit, citrus, and hints of alpine herbs. The sip is harmonious, fresh, and slightly aromatic, with excellent cleanliness and strong taste purity.

The wine "Dalis" was born from the desire to create a cuvée of white grapes historically cultivated in the Endrizzi estate and coming from different areas of Trentino: Chardonnay comes from the Masseto and Maso Toldini vineyards, Sauvignon Blanc from the Coveli vineyard, and Nosiola from the Belvedere vineyard, all grown in hilly areas using the traditional Trentino pergola method. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. The wine matures in steel for a few months before being bottled and finishes aging with a few months in the cellar before marketing.

The white wine "Dalis" from the Trentino winery Endrizzi is a wine that focuses on the immediacy of its fragrant aromas, on the delicate, fresh, and balanced profile, which makes it perfect for any occasion. A well-executed cuvée, offering a young, fragrant, and fruity interpretation of the great tradition of Trentino wines. It presents in the glass with a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with delicate floral scents, aromas of citrus peel, white fruit, and mountain herbs. On the palate, it has a medium structure, with a soft and ripe fruit center and a pleasantly fresh finish.
