The Pinot Noir Reserve from the Endrizzi winery is a label that expresses in all its elegance and finesse the typical microclimate of the mountain from which it comes. A red with a fruity aromatic profile, of cherry and red currant, which pairs well with spicy notes of vanilla and licorice. On the palate, it releases a nice alcoholic vigor, gentle tannins, and a slightly oaky finish.

The Pinot Nero Riserva "Golalupo" from the Endrizzi winery is a label that confirms the excellent level at which the noble Burgundy grape expresses itself in the lands of Trentino. An elegant and refined wine, which plays its best cards not on power and concentration, but on the finesse and complexity of its delicate aromas. Floral notes, aromas of small red berries, and spicy nuances are the standout characteristics that make Pinot Nero a unique and unmistakable red. The name of the label comes from the fact that Masetto was once, according to popular beliefs, frequented by wolves.

The "Golalupo" Pinot Nero Riserva is produced with grapes from old Guyot-trained vineyards in the hilly area of San Michele all’Adige, with very low yields, not exceeding 50 quintals per hectare. The cool and ventilated microclimate has proven perfect for a complete ripening of the grapes with rich and intense aromatic profiles. The harvest is manual, with selection in the vineyard of only the best bunches. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, with skin maceration lasting

lasting 8 days. Followed by a period of aging in wood, first in barriques for at least a year and then in oak barrels of 20 or 30 hectoliters for another 6 months. The aging ends with an additional 6 months in bottle before being released on the market.

The "Golalupo" Endrizzi is a wine with a fine and elegant face, which faithfully reflects the characteristics of the grape variety and its undeniable charm. The aging in wood enhances the complexity and aromatic richness of the tertiary notes, without however covering the delicacy of the typical fruity aromas of the grape variety. The color is ruby red with garnet reflections. The bouquet expresses refined floral notes, aromas of currants, raspberries, wild strawberries, hints of spices, and woody nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with an elegant and fresh sip, fine tannins, and a persistent finish.
