The Testamatta by Bibi Graetz is an exceptionally refined and elegant red wine made solely from Sangiovese grapes, sourced from the hills of Fiesole, north of Florence. It presents a bright ruby red and expresses notes of cherry and sour cherry on the nose, framed by aromas of Virginia tobacco, leather, and cloves. On the palate, it is of great complexity and harmony, with citrus freshness and soft, defined tannins that lead to a persistent aromatic finish of blood orange.
