The Timorasso Derthona 'Calypsos' from the Montalbera winery is a soft and balanced white wine, produced in the Tortona hills. On the nose, it expresses intense aromas of ripe fruit, dried fruit, and slight hints of flint and graphite, while on the palate it is rich, full-bodied, with a long and persistent finish. Excellent with vegetarian first courses!
