The Touriga Nacional of the Portuguese winery Quinta do Pessegueiro is a red wine typical of the terroir of Douro. After a first alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels where it stops for a period of 12 months. The glass has a brilliant ruby red color, with an aroma rich in aromas of chocolate and licorice
