The “Bianco di Ciccio” is the Trebbiano d’Abruzzo that is born in one of the most important and famous realities of Abruzzo. The Zaccagnini winery cultivates a splendid estate in the Pozzo area, in the province of Pescara, offering a range of wines that faithfully reflect the best customs of the region. The Trebbiano grapes come from a selection of different vineyards of the estate, cultivated in hilly areas. The cool and always ventilated climate favors excellent ripening, with aromatic profiles from rich fruit and intact freshness. At the end of the harvesting operations, the bunches are subjected to cryomaceration to extract all the aromatic components and then to a very soft pressing. The must ferments at low temperature in stainless steel tanks and the wine is bottled after a short period of aging in steel tanks, so that it can preserve all its fresh varietal typicity.
The "Tralcetto Bianco di Ciccio" is the bottle that recalls the custom of Abruzzese tables and the indissoluble bond with the habits of a region that has always had a privileged relationship with the vineyard, a true cultural heritage of the territory. To the eye, it presents itself with a pale straw yellow color, with light and bright greenish reflections. Fragrant and immediate, it offers aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit, green apple, peach, the yellow melon, vegetal nuances of aromatic herbs and delicate floral hints. It conquers the palate with a clear and linear sip, agile and flowing, with a pleasantly rich and ripe fruit, well balanced by a savory finish and vibrant freshness.
