The Trebbiano d’Abruzzo by Valentini is a winemaking institution with great charm and energy, famous for its incredible longevity. It is produced using ancient techniques in large oak barrels, where the wine remains to refine for at least 12 months. Its personality is soft, warm, and complex, able to evoke many varieties of spices and ripe fruits. Undoubtedly one of the greatest whites in Italy!

The Trebbiano di Valentini is a legendary and monumental white wine, considered one of the greatest Italian wines. Among enthusiasts, the name Valentini is equivalent to a myth, as it likely evokes the emotion that a bottle from this historic winery has provided them. Historic in the true sense of the word, since the Valentini family has owned a vast estate in Loreto Aprutino since the 1600s, where, in addition to the stunning Montepulciano and Trebbiano, olive trees grow that produce an equally prodigious oil. A traditional agriculture made of few gestures, which does not need certifications or slogans. Because what is found in the bottle is worth more than any word.

The Trebbiano wine comes from pure grapes of the homonymous variety cultivated around the Loreto Aprutino area. Everything is done in an absolutely artisanal manner but with extreme care, therefore, after the manual harvest, a very careful selection of the best bunches follows. The grapes are then taken to the winery, and after destemming, fermentation begins in large wooden casks.only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Aged for one year in oak barrels of 50 or 70 hl. The liquid undergoes no clarification or filtration.

The Trebbiano white pours into the glass with an enchanting deep yellow that turns towards golden. The nose is an absolute triumph of white flowers, among which broom stands out, coffee, and white-fleshed fruit. An absolute standout, it gradually reveals new facets. The sip is masterful and dazzling, as it combines pulp, freshness, and savoriness in a unique and enveloping embrace. Long-lasting and unforgettable, it is a bottle that in every vintage shows different beauty and nuances. Unique Valentini!
