Trento Spumante Brut Cresta Nova

Cresta Nova’s Trento Spumante Brut is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the finest vineyards in the Adige Valley, offering an immediate and dynamic interpretation of the Traditional Method. White vinification at a controlled temperature preserves the fruit’s freshness, whilst secondary fermentation in the bottle and ageing on the lees for around 15 months create a fine, continuous effervescence, giving the wine a direct and agile profile. The bouquet reveals fruity notes of white-fleshed fruit and light vegetal hints, whilst on the palate it is light and smooth, with a savoury finish that supports the mouthfeel.
