"Domini Nero" is a high-profile Trento Sparkling wine vintage, obtained from pure Pinot Noir grapes and aged on the lees in the bottle for 45 months. It expresses elegant notes of yellow fruit, yeast, and bread crust. The sip is determined, soft, dynamic, and vertical, enlivened by a fine and very pleasant perlage.
