Trento Spumante Brut Riserva Cresta Nova 2021

Cresta Nova’s Trento Spumante Brut is a Traditional Method made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Adige Valley, an area renowned for sparkling wine production in Trentino. The long ageing on the lees for around two years helps define the structure, enhancing its aromatic complexity and depth of flavour. During this phase, aromatic notes of bread crust develop, blending with the wine’s freshness and making the bubbles creamier and more persistent. On the nose, notes of citrus zest, white flowers and chalky undertones emerge, whilst on the palate it is lively, savoury and harmonious with a fine, continuous perlage.
