This Valpolicella Classico is a fresh and immediate version of an iconic Italian red, signed Bolla. Vinification is in steel only, with a quick passage on the fine lees to enrich aromas and structure. The nose is an explosion of red fruits, with currant and raspberry embraced by hints of dark fruit on the finish. On the palate it is very dry, round but fresh and with a pleasant persistence. Ideal with roasted and grilled meats, or even risottos with game sauces
