"Il Sestante" is a Valpolicella Ripasso obtained from a refermentation on Amarone pomace and an aging of at least 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. On the nose, it reveals soft and sweet notes of sour cherry, ripe cherry, plum and delicate spicy and floral sensations. The sip is embracing, intense and rich, with sweet tannins and a persistent savory finish
