Zymé's Valpolicella "Reverie" is a red, which, right from the label's graphics, denotes its young and smart vocation, its fresh and fragrant character, which aims to return the varietal characteristics of the grapes in the glass. It conquers with rich and ripe fruit, with a pleasant and simple sip, and is also suitable for informal and carefree moments. It is the classic bottle of red to enjoy in company when you feel like drinking good wine, without having to open important bottles.

"Reverie" is a Valpolicella that originates in the area of San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of the hilly area north of Verona. It is here that winemaker Celestino Gaspari created his winery. The Zimé estate covers some 30 hectares and is mainly cultivated with the native varieties typical of the area. The grapes of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta come from a selection of different estate vineyards located near Negrar and Lavagno, which are characterized by the presence of calcareous-clay soils, very suitable for the cultivation of red grape varieties. Manual harvesting usually takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October. The clusters are destemmed, and the grapes are subjected to cryomaceration and subsequent fermentation with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Before bottling, the wine is aged for 6 months in steel tanks.

Zymé's Valpolicella red wine "Reverie" represents the everyday, popular wine of the area, which has always been present on Veneto tables, thanks to its joyful immediacy of expression and its wide ability to pair with many dishes, from savoury first courses to white meats. It has a beautiful bright ruby red colour and gives a fragrant bouquet characterized by aromas of ripe cherry, red currant, raspberry, morello cherry, delicate floral hints of iris, violet and faint spicy nuances. Flowing and with a pleasantly streamlined sip, it has a very fine tannic texture and crisp, juicy aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit. The finish is harmonious, fresh and balanced.
