The Valpolicella Ripasso "I Progni" is a full-bodied and intense red wine, aged for 18 months in oak barrels and barriques. On the nose, it expresses attractive notes of blackcurrant, red fruit, cinnamon, tobacco, anise, and licorice on a balsamic background. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, savory, with smooth tannins.
