Creari's Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore is an expression that perfectly captures the essence of the Veronese hills: a wine fermented on Amarone pomace, a highly prized winemaking technique that reaches its peak here. After several months of ageing in oak, it develops a dark profile with black cherry, blackberry and sweet spices on the finish. On the palate, it is soft, warm and velvety, with good persistence. Perfect with red meats and semi-mature cheeses
