The Valpolicella Superiore "Il Vegro" is a rich and intense red wine produced using the Ripasso technique on the pomace of Amarone and aged in barrel for 18 months. On the nose, it expresses itself with an exuberant bouquet of ripe fruit, tobacco, and oriental spices. On the palate, it is soft, full-bodied, and enveloping, with good minerality and freshness.
