The Verdeca from Salento 'Askos' by Masseria Li Veli is a truly expressive white with surprising aging potential. The most interesting among the local white grape varieties, it is a wine that is recommended to try with two or three years of aging. Fresh and enveloping, it emanates intense saline notes followed by ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, as well as helichrysum and chamomile. To be tried with sea bass in a salt crust
