"Cantayano" from the Isaac Cantalapiedra winery is an authentic white wine based on Verdejo grown in the Castile and Leon region. The grapes are harvested from three different plots, left to macerate for 24 hours before pressing, and fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and oak barrels.
