"Jera" is a Verdicchio from Matelica, a Reserve from Borgo di Paglianetto with a soft and flavorful profile, matured for a long time in steel and then in bottle. Its name has origins from the runic alphabet of Germanic origin and means "harvest" or "climate change", emphasizing the announcement of a new positive event. Citrus aromas of citrus fruits, vegetal hints, floral fragrances, notes of green apple, white peach, fennel, and iodized sensations accompany a soft, enveloping sip with a long progression, infused with a fresh and saline vein.

“Jera” is a Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva that originates from one of the most interesting production realities in the Matelica area. Borgo di Paglianetto manages a wonderful estate run according to the principles of organic farming, in full respect of an unspoiled nature. The Verdicchio grapes come from the best vineyards of the estate, cultivated in the locality of Pagliano, on medium-textured soils composed of limestone and clays. At the end of the harvest operations, the bunches are pressed very gently and the free-run must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place for 18 months in steel tanks followed by 8 months in bottle before being released for sale.

In the glass, it presents a bright light yellow color, with luminous golden reflections. The bouquet is elegant and finely nuanced, with aromas of citrus zest, herbal notes, hints of wildflowers, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, peach, Golden apple, cartucciaro melon, and nuances of ripe yellow fruit.
