The Verdicchio di Matelica 'Valbona' by Belisario is born in the Alta Valle Esina and is produced in the cru that bears its name. Winemaking in steel at controlled temperature and clarification of the musts by flotation are techniques used to preserve the aromatic characteristics of this identity grape variety.
