The Vermentino from Gallura is a Sardinian white wine with a fresh and marine profile that is aged for a few months in steel. This maturation allows it to preserve the fresh and varietal character of the grape, letting it express sensations of citrus, white fruit, and iodized hints on the nose. Its clear saline and Mediterranean imprint combined with a good alcohol warmth make it perfect for pairing with fish dishes.
