Arrighi's Vermentino Elba 'Arembapampane' is a typical version of this aromatic variety. On the island, this variety is called 'Riminese' and expresses a strongly Mediterranean character, as the sloping vineyards constantly receive and embrace the sea: iodine and citrus scents open the sip of distinct savouriness and fragrance. Ideal with traditional Elban dishes such as gurguglione or stuffed squid
