Cà du Ferrà's Vermentino 'Luccicante' comes from the hills of Bonassola, from vineyards overlooking the sea. Rather dense and intense, it spends six months on fine lees and elegantly interprets the most authentic Ligurian character. The nose reveals chamomile, peach and almond, while the palate is fresh, with marine minerality and a long finish. Perfect with shellfish and delicate white meats, such as steamed prawns or Ligurian-style rabbit
