"Vermignon" is a white wine of great authenticity and drinkability, made in Gragnano from a blend of Sauvignon and Vermentino grapes. It boasts a slender and dynamic body, marked by a pulsating savoriness and a decisive freshness, surrounded by aromas of grapefruit, herbaceous notes, hints of peach, aromatic herbs, and white flowers.

The “Vermignon” from Tenuta Lenzini is a fresh, savory, and fragrant white wine, produced from a skillful blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown on the green hills of Lucca in the small town of Gragnano. Here, Benedetta and Michele tend to their vineyards with full respect for nature and its expressiveness according to the principles of biodynamic philosophy, convinced that to obtain a wine that fully tells the story of the territory from which it comes, there is no need for chemical artifices. They believe that the bare minimum is simply to take care of the countryside in a careful and non-invasive way so that it can offer its best and most authentic fruits.

The Tenuta Lenzini “Vermignon” is made with meticulous attention to the soil processing, which does not undergo synthetic treatments; copper and sulfur are used only as strictly necessary. Indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation are essential, and the use of sulfites is minimized, with a light maceration on the skins for one day and the aging takes place in steel for six months. Everything is designed so that the fruit is not altered and can express itself in its full authenticity.

The “Vermignon” from Tenuta Lenzini is dressed in a full straw yellow, don’t worry if there is some haze: it is harmless and natural. On the nose and palate, it combines the fresh, slightly citrusy soul and good savoriness of Vermentino with the vivaciously aromatic character of Sauvignon Blanc, made up of delicately herbal notes and enticing aromas of aromatic herbs. The sip flows light and refreshing, with a rightly moderate savoriness and without excess, perfect to drink immediately and in company, perhaps in front of a tasty spaghetti with clams or a tartare of red shrimp.
