The sparkling wine 'Perles Fetes' Vignobles Cheneau is made from an indigenous grape variety of the coastal Loire, the Melon de Bourgogne, also called simply Melon. Fresh and savoury, the nose reveals a crisp, fresh profile with aromas of pear and hawthorn, with typical pastry hints peeping through on the finish. The sip is creamy and reveals all the marine character of the grape, with lingering salty sensations. Ideal as an aperitif or with ‘moules avec frites’
