The Vin Santo is a small oenological gem that Fattoria dei Barbi faithfully creates according to tradition in typical caratelli where the wine rests for a full 3 years. It presents a bright amber yellow and surprises the nose with notes of raisins, candied fruit, and dried fruit, finishing with tones of chestnut honey. On the palate, it is rich, harmonious, with pleasant sweetness and a long aftertaste
