The Vitovska by Pietra is a pleasant artisanal expression of this grape variety characteristic of the Carso. It matures in cement and on its skins, thus remaining fresh but obtaining the pleasant creamy sensations typical of the type. Aromas of fresh fruit are released from the glass, but above all iodized hints and balsamic herbs like thyme, sage, and mint.
