The particularly suited soils and the perfect microclimate for ripening a delicate and demanding grape variety like Pinot Noir have created over the centuries the charm of these few hectares of vineyard. The grape harvest is strictly manual, selecting only the best bunches. After fermentation, the aging in French oak barrels mostly new, for about 16 months, before being bottled.
