The Vouvray Petillant Naturel from the French winery Domaine Sebastien Brunet is a sparkling wine lively and tasty, perfect for pairing with fish dishes. It is made with pure Chenin Blanc grapes and a bottle fermentation without disgorgement. The color remains slightly hazy and on the nose it releases aromas of white-fleshed fruit and honey. The sip is agile, direct, and balanced.
