The Vouvray Sec by Pinon is a Chenin Blanc of the Loire made with vineyards over 40 years of age that rest on the characteristic silica soils. The nose has a mineral and chalky texture, accompanied by sensations of citrus, wild flowers and memories of moss. It vibrates in the sip, with a decidedly mineral tension and freshness that make it elegant and of great progression.
