French Bloom

French Bloom is born from the understanding between two long-time friends, Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski. Coming from two different personal experiences, but united by the search for well-being and authentic conviviality, the two founders sense an absence in the wine scene: an elegant and sophisticated alternative to classic sparkling wine, ideal for parties and celebrations, but alcohol-free. Thus, this ambitious reality takes shape, which, with the creation of non-alcoholic and organic cuvées, combines French savoir-faire and contemporary spirit.

At the base of French Bloom's creations is a rigorous production process. Each cuvée is obtained from selected organic French grapes, predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, traditionally vinified and then subjected to a delicate manual dealcoholization process aimed at maintaining the structure of the wine without compromising its aromatic integrity. The result is a range of non-alcoholic sparkling wines, free from sulfites, preservatives, and added sugars, the fruit of over four years of research and development and the support of experts from the Champagne world. The French Bloom cuvées stand out for their balance, intriguing freshness, and fragrance. From the more vertical and mineral expressions like Blanc de Blancs, to the depth of the Cuvée Vintage, each label is designed to provide the palate with a persistent and complex sip. The tasting is configured as a journey that alternates distinctly citrus profiles with floral touches and mineral nuances, with the elegance typical of traditional sparkling wines.
