Admiral Rodney is a famous brand in the world of Caribbean Rum. It still represents the classic expression of the great spirits from the island of Saint Lucia. Currently, the company is part of the large group Spiribam, which brings together the activities in the spirits field of GBH (Groupe Bernard Hayot). It is an important international reality that manages and coordinates the production and marketing of the different brands that refer to the Parent Company in about 70 countries. In addition to the spirits of Admiral Rodney, it also deals with Rum Clément and Rum JM, produced in Martinique, Bounty, Chairman's Reserve made on the island of Saint Lucia, and Arcane and Beach House. Recently, it has expanded its activities to the world of liqueurs, acquiring the famous Burgundy brand Joseph Cartron.

The Rum Admiral Rodney is made with a traditional column still. Unlike many other competing brands, it has managed to safeguard the quality of its production over time. Many distilleries, in fact, to meet the growing demand for spirits, have begun to expand their facilities and produce Rum that is not concentrated and has rather diluted aromas, which were no longer able to express their original character. Admiral Rodney works with a traditional still, which gives spirits very intense and rich aromas, thanks to extractions made with careful artisanal care. Its Rums are full-bodied and broad, dense and deep, very persistent and can benefit from long aging periods in oak barrels, which promote the development of tertiary aromas of great elegance.
