AmaroBello

The AmaroBello project was born in 2022 with the aim of representing the essence of Italian liqueurs through the expertise and passion of the young bartender and entrepreneur Riccardo Soncini, a prominent figure in the field of liqueurs and distillates. At just 24 years old, Riccardo opened his first venue in the city of Reggio Emilia with the goal of offering high-quality cocktails, characterized by a modern and creative style. Today, the Emilian entrepreneur, who manages two new venues, also located in Reggio Emilia, boasts numerous national and international awards, recognition for his ability to reinterpret tradition in a contemporary way. More recently, the creation of the AmaroBello brand took place, where the adjective “Bello” aims to represent a term recognizable worldwide, an expression of strong positivity in any field of application.

For the production of AmaroBello, botanicals from various regions of Italy are used, including rhubarb, gentian, juniper, rosemary, chinotto, sweet orange, bergamot, lemon balm, and elderflower. These are infused in alcoholic solution before the addition of sugar, aimed at balancing the bitter taste of the herbs. For the packaging, Riccardo Soncini opted for a bottle with a minimalist design made mainly of recycled glass, also focusing on an elegant black label with a classic style, capable of dressing the product just like the greatest Italian fashion houses.

AmaroBello is a 100% Italian liqueur of exceptional versatility, which can be served neat with a few ice cubes at the end of a meal or used in mixing, both as a base for cocktails and as a substitute for classic modifiers, for all-new combinations to experiment with. Among the ideas for exquisite cocktails that can be prepared, Riccardo Soncini proposes the Negrello, a variant of the Negroni where AmaroBello replaces the bitter, and the Bello e Tonico!, prepared with AmaroBello and tonic water and garnished with a lemon peel or a slice of orange.
