Per la realizzazione di questa etichetta vengono utilizzati solo lieviti indigeni, viene svolta una macerazione sulle bucce di 10 giorni, l'affinamento di 6 mesi è svolto in tonneaux di rovere e non vengono effettuate filtrazioni. Il colore è giallo ambrato brillante e gli intensi profumi sprigionati rifcordano frutta matura a polpa gialla e sensazioni balsamiche. Il sorso è ampio, complesso, fresco, sapido e dal finale leggermente tannico.

\"Davvero\" is a pure Riesling made by the Calalta winery in the Veneto region of Vicenza. Only indigenous yeasts are used for the production of this label, a 10-day maceration on the skins is carried out, the refinement of 6 months is carried out in oak tonneaux and no filtrations are performed. The colour is a brilliant amber yellow and the intense aromas released are reminiscent of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit and balsamic sensations.
