This small and beautiful reality is led by Donatella Agostoni, which deals with love of the cellar, and her husband Fabio Bottonelli, who work in the vineyard, carefully following the parameters of agriculture in advanced integrated pest management. The name of the winery is dedicated to Manaresi, known engraver from Bologna, and grandfather of Donatella. This new reality, the first harvest of 2009, has focused from the beginning on the deep bond that ties them to the land, art and culture of the place. The agronomic management and operational is followed in the first person by Donatella and Fabio, and is characterized by a constant search for balance of the vineyard, without forcing or aggravations: a philosophy that is also found in the cellar and results stated in the objective of producing elegant wines and fine, firm and full of personality, thanks mainly to autochthonous Pignoletto, here the true expression of this terroir in Colli Bolognesi. The vineyards of the winery Manaresi are immersed in a spectacular natural landscape, in which it is easy to run into rabbits or deer. Here Pignoletto plays the part of the protagonist, with 25 acres available on earthen limestone, perfect for the ripening of the grapes. A winery that has pleasantly surprised, thanks to incredible wines, perfect representation of this territory too often forgotten.
